A large central canvas where users drag and drop elements (text, images, tables, barcodes). The canvas supports multiple pages, zoom, and snap-to-grid for precise placement. Elements are resizable and movable with handles; keyboard arrows allow fine adjustments.


 

Drag & Drop Boxes

A left-side palette contains reusable blocks (Text, Image, Table, Barcode, Placeholder) that can be dragged onto the canvas. Each block remembers formatting and supports copy/paste, duplication, and grouping for complex layouts.


 

Page Preview (Editable)

A right-side editable page preview shows the current page WYSIWYG. Users can double-click elements to edit text, change fonts, and adjust margins. Preview includes page size selector and export-quality settings.


 

Grid Layout

Toggle grid and alignment guides to snap elements into rows and columns. Define custom grid sizes, margins, and gutter spacing for precise print-ready output.


 

Real-time Data Fill (Placeholders)

Right Sidebar Panel (Properties Panel) - Overview

The Right Sidebar displays context-sensitive properties for the selected canvas element. It provides quick access to formatting, data binding, and validation options.


 

Selected Element Settings

Text alignment, font size, and style controls are available. Set the Field name (e.g., 'Permit Number') and choose the data source (e.g., 'Fetch from PTW Module'). Enable signature or date capture via toggles.


 

Data Source Selection

Select the source of data for the field: PTW Module, User Module, Attendance, or Manual inputs. Fields can be mapped to API endpoints or local datasets.


 

Signature / Date Toggle

Enable signature capture, require signatures before export, and toggle automatic timestamping for fields. Preview signature boxes and set validation rules.


 

Bottom Section (Optional Tools)
